Shipping & Delivery Methods Simply Indoors uses three
shipping methods: U.S. Postal Service, UPS package delivery and Home
Delivery/Special Handling. Not all methods are available for all items.
U.S. Postal Service is used to ship gift cards and all mailable orders
to APO/FPO addresses.
UPS Package Delivery is the primary method for items weighing
less than 150 Lbs. In addition to standard ground service, we offer a two-day air
option and an overnight delivery option on most qualifying products. Additional
fees are charged for expedited shipping (see shipping rates in table at right).
Home Delivery/Special Handling is used for items that are
oversized, weigh over 150 Lbs., are too fragile to ship by air or require in-home
setup. These items require a scheduled appointment for delivery. A person 18
years or older must be available to meet the delivery team and sign for the
product(s). After your order is processed, you will be notified of your delivery
date and time. If the delivery date and time is not convenient for you, call
800-732-7747, and we will arrange another date and/or time.
Sears Home Delivered Items & Rates To calculate
delivery to your location, go to sears.com, type the item number in the search
box and click GO. Enter your zip code in the delivery calculator on the product
page, click on the Delivery and Availability tab and follow the prompts to receive
your Home Delivery rate. One charge applies per trip regardless of the number of
items. All items must be on the same order and delivered to the same address on
the same date. Delivery does not include installation. Charges are based on the
number of trips made to the delivery location.
Oversized Item Rates Oversized items may require additional
shipping and handling charges. To determine if oversized item rates apply, go
to sears.com, type the item number in the search box and click GO. Enter your
zip code in the delivery calculator on the product page, click on the Delivery and
Availability tab and follow the prompts to receive your Oversized Item rate.
Eight Convenient Payment Options
When ordering, please provide us with your credit card number, 3-digit security
code and expiration date, along with the code on the catalog’s back cover and
item number and description.

Where We Ship & Deliver Simply Indoors does not currently ship
or deliver by UPS or home delivery to P.O. boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico,
