CUSTOM TOOLING MANAGER
Basic £40K OTE £50K WARWICKSHIRE Ref 01/01
My Client is a very established tooling Company who are seeking to recruit a Custom Tooling
Manager based in Warwickshire.The successful candidate will have overall responsiblity for
the Manufacturing of CT tooling, including design, programming, production planning and
logistics. The team currently consists of 12 operators and 1 Foreman; 3 Cad/Cam Designers and
use Unigraphics; 2 Admin people.
Candidates should have knowledge and experience of Manufacturing, CAD/CAM understanding,
good knowledge of 4-5 axis machining. You must also have a strong desire for efficiency
and continuous improvement of the CT operation and preferably " Lean
Manufacturing" or associated systems.People mangement and the ability to build a strong CT
team are highly desirable.
APPLICATION ENGINEER
Basic salary £37K + car MIDLANDS Ref 01/02
Part of large international group my client is one of the world's leading systems provider to
the tool and Die and mould making industry. It's products include a range of EDM and High
Speed machining centres through tooling and consumables to automation solutions. You
should have a sound knowledge of milling (preferably 5 axis), be confident in front of a customer
& be able to work in pressurised situations. Above all you will possess high levels of
enthusiasm, drive and energy.A lot of this role will be in-house so ideally you should live within
a 15 mile radius of Coventry. The good thing about this role is there is not too much travelling
and you will be staying away just on the very odd occasion which is very rare for an
application Engineering role.There is also the opportunity for the right person to move from
this role into a supervisory role as a Team leader so excellent prospects.
AREA SALES ENGINEER
Basic salary £30k + guaranteed bonus 6mths SOUTH WEST Ref 01/03
An opportunity has occurred for an experienced Area Sales Engineer to join for one of the
leaders in the CNC Turning market. You should be well versed in all aspects of Turning with a
proven sales track record in the Machine Tool Industry and have the ability to take this position
forward.Maybe you are curently a Sales Engineer in the Tooling Industry and want to
diversify and fancy a new challenage.Excellent package and benefits and guarnateed bonus
for 6mths to give you an EXCELLENT start!Ideally situated in the South West.
SERVICE ENGINEER
Basic salary £30K + Overtime MIDLANDS Ref 01/04

Tooling Sales Engineer
(West Midlands) Min £30k + commission + benefits
My client is a highly respected and global leader in engineering cutting tools and is currently looking
for two Sales Engineers to cover patches in the West Midlands and the Northern Home Counties area.
The reasons for the vacancies are purely down to expansion as the company has enjoyed continued
success and wish to expand their sales force to meet new demands. In particular the role will be to
expand the sales of indexable inserts both direct to end users and through distribution. The candidates
must be experienced in tooling sales and have learned their trade. They must also be completely self

in today’s tooling market particularly within the aerospace and automotive sectors. They are currently

is a Key Account Manager managing two major Aerospace OEM accounts who they already deal with
and have extensive established business within. The successful applicant will have sales experience
