The Shahenshah restaurant, Hertford, has been building its
esteemed reputation on exceptional Indian cuisine and first
class service for over 20 years.
With over 200 covers on their busiest days, The Shahenshah
was still using the age old method of washing by hand, but
as expected was proving slow, inefficient and expensive.
Restaurant owner Malek Miah enlisted HOBART, who
installed the new HOBART AMX Pass through Warewasher.
Ease of operation means staff can spend more time
front of house.
Even with heavy soiling from items to be washed,
the Genius X² filter fitted to the AMX ensures water
quality is maintained.
