Day three focuses broadly on deployment
strategies, with presentations from
operators from across the world. This
is the opportunity for delegates to hear
about mid- to long-term deployment plans
for operators, where LTE fits in to their
technology maps, what the challenges are
that carriers will face and the opportunities
that LTE presents. The deployment day
will cover a range of deployment issues.
Of particular interest will be the chance
for operators from emerging markets to
give their view of how LTE can bridge the
digital divide, solve the issue of bringing
coverage to rural areas more cheaply and
discuss whether an early deployment is
essential.
There is also an analyst breakfast briefing
session, where leading analysts from
