Are you an engineer able to drive innovation and change in a fast
paced and operationally driven vehicle engineering environment?
Our client is part of a large international transport group,
who are recognised for their quality ethos.They recognise that
delivering the highest quality of engineering output is key to
their continued success and are therefore looking to inject new
vision and direction into their engineering Management team.
The right candidate could currently be working in a wide
variety of engineering sectors with proven experience in
mechanical, electronic or electrical engineering. Ideally this
will be associated with proactive engineering optimisation
of machines, people and fleet assets.You will need to be able
to demonstrate a track record of success in managing key
engineering facilities or working across sites, to deliver a
step-change in engineering performance.With a commercial
outlook, balancing costs, productivity, efficiency and staff
morale will be second nature but in addition the ability
to manage change and drive innovation will be crucial skills.
