ZAMBIA, the “real Africa”, is less than a two-hour

The David Livingstone Safari Lodge & Spa, marketed

The Lodge is a mere 12 kilometre road transfer
from Livingstone International Airport and enjoys
the synonymous towering column of spray known
as “Mosi-oa-Tunya” (the smoke that thunders) of the
Victoria Falls as its picturesque backdrop. One of the

for walking safaris, adventure offerings and, above all,

Seventy-two river-facing rooms and five luxury suites
with private jacuzzi look out towards the Zambezi, and
guests are treated to views that can only be described
as glorious.
Rooms are spacious and comfortable, boasting
filtered light through the giant Jackalberries and
Mopani trees. Interiors follow a contemporary African
style with a neutral colour palate offering a delightfully
relaxing atmosphere.
Room facilities include satellite television, radio and
hairdryer, tea and coffee-making facilities replenished
daily, full laundry service and mini-bar, air-conditioning,
and private patios and balconies throughout.
Various dining options are available to delegates,
including the Kalai Restaurant, a buffet spread or a la
carte offering, in the dining area accommodating 120
covers. Gwembe Terrace is the ideal lunch venue choice
for those wanting to be outside under broad umbrellas

available around the infinite pool and guests have the
