Since its foundation in 1973, Erodex’s

includes high volume production of
fractional horsepower brushes through
to same day manufacture for
maintenance requirements combined
with technical advice about grade
selection.
Semi-conductor industry components
in the product range include ionimplant
components in tungsten and
graphites, silicon carbide coated
susceptors for epitaxy applications,
silicon carbide conversion for vertical
and horizontal wafer carriers, and for
dummy wafers, susceptors and crystal
pulling components.
The in-house impregnation facility
offers a range of performance
enhancing impregnation products,
selecting from Phenol Resin, Furane
(Furfuryl Alcohol) or Phosphate salts to
suit your application and carry in stock
a complete range of isotropic and
extruded carbon and cfc materials.
