When our furniture is designed to be delivered
and installed by expert fitters you will be
contacted to arrange a mutually convenient
date and time. If the delivery arrives as
arranged and cannot be unloaded and/or
installed on the day due to reasons beyond
the control of Remploy, there will be a
surcharge applicable for a second visit
and/or storage.
Returns Policy
When goods are ordered in error, please
contact us as soon as possible. If the problem
is a Remploy error, goods will be replaced free
of charge subject to them being unused and
in a saleable condition.
In the event of customers choosing to use the
goods supplied in error, a mutually agreeable
arrangement will be applied. If the problem is
a customer order error (e.g. incorrect colour/
specification ordered) a sliding scale will be
applied as follows**: Customers ordering
Fast Track items (highlighted in Remploy
Furniture Catalogue in orange) may return
unused packed goods in saleable condition
but there will be a restocking charge of 30%.
Safety
You should ensure that, where appropriate,
all shelving and storage products are securely
fastened or stabilised and loaded reasonably
and sensibly; Remploy cannot accept any
liability or responsibility in circumstances
or occurrences beyond its control.

Colour Reproduction
Whilst reasonable care has been taken to
reproduce accurate representations of product

Service Team. Whilst making reasonable effort
