Minimum Order Value for
Free Delivery: £300
The minimum order value for free delivery
to mainland Britain is £300 and any orders
under this value will attract a small-order
surcharge of £40, unless a prior contractual
agreement has been made. If your total orders
exceed £3000 (excl VAT) in the financial year
April to March, you may claim back any smallorder
surcharges by sending in copies of the
relevant invoices with a covering letter.
Quantity Price Breaks
In many cases, a lower price will apply to a
single order for a higher quantity e.g. 10+
tables or 20+ chairs. The ‘Quantity Price’
rates apply to the number of identical products
ordered and cannot be mixed, i.e. 10 Blue
Chairs and 10 Brown Chairs (Code GH20)
will NOT qualify for the 20+ Quantity Rate.
Fitted Furniture
Due to the more complicated nature of
some product ranges, we would ask that you
contact us to arrange a site visit for a formal
quotation. This applies to some of our Vector
Installations.

Sample Service
Representative samples are available on
request from our Area Sales Managers. Other
samples will be invoiced at the appropriate
catalogue rate. However, the full amount will
be credited if the goods are returned within 14
days in a re-saleable condition.

Special Promotions
From time to time we will mail you special
offers. Please read the terms and conditions
applicable to these promotions, as they
are limited to specific times and/or
circumstances. Promotional offers cannot be
backdated to apply retrospectively to orders
which have already been received.
Prices and VAT
All prices exclusive of VAT at current rate. The
company reserves the right to amend prices
and conditions of sale without prior notice.
Deliveries and Installations
When ordering, it is essential that you give us
a contact name, telephone number and out-ofhours
contact name/tel no. Please also supply
details of special delivery and access
instructions (especially for deliveries to a
school/college during holidays or after hours).
Standard delivery involves ‘supply only’ to a
covered ground level entrance with reasonable
access for a commercial vehicle. As our
products are made in factories located
throughout the UK, we cannot guarantee that
all the products on a multi-product order will
be delivered together. A storage charge will be
levied for deliveries delayed by the customer
for more than 14 days after due date.
Some products in this catalogue are supplied
in component form for onsite assembly; a
skilled assembly and installation service is
available at an extra charge, details of which
are available in advance.
