#Jones Day has expanded its London

estate litigation partner Richard Anyamene,

he was a partner in the firm’s real estate
litigation team.
#New York-based Cleary Gottlieb Steen &
Hamilton partner Jonathan Blackman has
relocated to the firm’s London office to boost
the City litigation team.
#Corporate lawyer Adam Penny has joined
Brown Rudnick as a partner in London. He was

#Former Time Warner vice-president and
chief patent counsel Charles Fish has joined
Chadbourne & Park as counsel in New York.
#Edward O’Callaghan, a former assistant US attorney
for the Southern District of New York, has joined
Nixon Peabody as a partner in its government
investigations and white-collar defence practice in
New York. Prior to this he was a senior adviser in
John McCain’s 2008 presidential campaign.
#The Miami office of K&L Gates has taken on
Richard Winston as a partner in the tax and
corporate practices. Winston joins K&L Gates
from Hughes Hubbard & Reed.
