& Welfare at Work Act 2005, The Safety, Health & Welfare
at Work (Construction) Regulations 2006 and The
Safety, Health & Welfare at Work (General Applications)
Regulations 2007, and all other legislation relevant to our
operations, to ensure so far as is reasonably practicable
the Safety, Health and Welfare of all it’s employees and
persons not in its employment, but who may be affected
by our work activities.
